At EquiMars, our goal is to give you the best possible experience.

If a product turns out not to be right for you, here are our return terms.

🔹 1. 30-day return window

All items purchased on Equimars can be returned within 30 days after you receive your order. Try your item with peace of mind for 30 days and request a return if it isn't right for you.

👉 For your refund to be approved, the product must be returned:

In its original packaging (including the compression plastic and its compliance labeling),

With all included instructions, labels and accessories,

In perfect condition, clean and fit for resale.

⚠️ Any product returned without its original packaging, without labeling, incomplete, damaged or showing signs of wear (e.g., washed or overused) cannot be eligible for a full refund.

🔹 2. How to return

Returns must be sent with a tracked carrier (no pickup points).

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please contact us before sending any return so we can give you instructions and the return address.

The refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
